Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Minnal 27, a social media scheduling tool operated by 27 Pixels, Jos Brothers Building, 3rd Floor, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala, India. By signing in or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to them.

The service

Minnal 27 lets 27 Pixels's team and its clients plan content and publish or schedule posts to the clients' own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Meta's official APIs. It is provided to clients of 27 Pixels as part of their marketing services; it is not open for public sign-up.

Your account

• Accounts are created by 27 Pixels. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• A client account can see and manage only that client's own connections.

Connecting Facebook and Instagram

• Connect only Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorised to manage.
• You authorise us to publish to the Pages and accounts you connect the posts agreed with you, and nothing else.
• You can disconnect at any time from the app or from your Facebook settings. Disconnecting stops all publishing to that Page.
• Your use of Facebook and Instagram remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

Content

• You keep ownership of your content. You confirm you have the right to publish what is scheduled for you.
• We may decline to publish content that breaks the law or Meta's Community Standards.

Availability

We work to keep scheduled posts going out on time, but publishing depends on Meta's services and on your connection staying valid. If a post cannot be published, the app shows it as failed or overdue and our team is alerted. We are not liable for posts delayed or blocked by Meta, or for a connection you have revoked.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our privacy policy. You can ask for your data to be deleted as described on the data deletion page.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your Pages and asking us to close your account. We may suspend access that is misused or when our services to you end.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, 27 Pixels's liability arising from the app is limited to the fees paid for the services in the month the issue occurred.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction.
