Delete your data
Last updated 2 October 2026
You can remove Minnal 27's access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account, and have the data we hold about your connection deleted, in any of three ways. In Facebook the app appears as 27 pixels scheduler.
1. From your Facebook settings
- In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites (under Your activity / Security, depending on your version of Facebook).
- Find 27 pixels scheduler and choose Remove.
- Tick the option to delete data the app may have stored, if offered, and confirm.
Facebook tells us automatically. We erase your access tokens straight away, and if you asked for deletion, we delete your connection records and give you a confirmation code you can use to check the status.
2. From the app
- Sign in at webro.in/login and open Connections.
- Choose Disconnect next to the Page.
- Tick Also remove this app's access from my Facebook account and confirm.
The Page's access tokens are erased immediately and publishing to it stops.
3. By email
Email fabil@brainwireanalytics.in with the subject Data deletion request, naming the Facebook Page or Instagram account. We will confirm who you are, delete the data within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Access tokens for your Pages and Facebook account.
- Connection records: Page and Instagram account IDs, names, pictures and the permissions you granted.
- By email request, also the content we prepared for you and your sign-in account.
Posts already published to your Page or Instagram account stay there; they are yours, and you can remove them in Facebook or Instagram. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 14 days before those are removed.
Checking a request
If you received a confirmation code, check its status at webro.in/data-deletion/status.
