Privacy policy

Minnal 27 is a social media scheduling tool run by 27 Pixels, a digital marketing agency at Jos Brothers Building, 3rd Floor, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala, India. Our team and our clients use it to plan, schedule and publish posts to the clients' own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and how you can have it deleted.

Who this applies to

• Clients of 27 Pixels who connect their Facebook Page and linked Instagram account to Minnal 27.
• Members of our team who sign in to the app.

What we collect

When you connect your Facebook account with Facebook Login, and only with your permission, we receive and store:

• Your Facebook user ID and name, so we know who made the connection.
• The Facebook Pages you choose to connect: Page ID, name, profile picture and the tasks you can perform on each Page.
• The Instagram professional account linked to each Page: account ID and username.
• Access tokens issued by Meta for those Pages, and the list of permissions you granted.

When we schedule or publish for you, we also store:

• The images, videos, captions, location tags, tagged accounts and collaborators prepared for each post.
• The IDs and links Meta returns for each published post, and whether publishing succeeded.

For people who sign in to the app: name, email address and a securely hashed password.

We request only these Meta permissions: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish, plus business_management where a Page is owned through a Business portfolio. We do not read your messages, your friends, your personal profile posts or any data about your followers.

Why we use it

• To publish and schedule the posts you have asked us to publish, to the Pages and accounts you connected.
• To show you and our team which posts are scheduled, published or failed.
• To detect when a connection stops working, so posts are paused and you can reconnect.

We use this information for nothing else.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
• We do not use your data for advertising, ad targeting or profiling.
• We do not post anything to your Page or account that you or our team did not prepare and schedule for you.

The only party your content is sent to is Meta, when a post is published to your Page or Instagram account. Alerts about failed posts go to our own team's chat and contain the client name and the error, never an access token.

How it is stored and protected

• The app runs on a private server hosted in India, reached only over HTTPS.
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are never shown in the browser, never written to logs and never sent anywhere except to Meta.
• Access is limited to signed-in users. A client login can see only that client's own connections.

How long we keep it

• Access tokens and connection details: until you disconnect, remove the app from Facebook, or ask us to delete them, at which point the tokens are erased immediately.
• Post content and media: while you are our client, so we can show what was published. Media files are removed when a month's work is cleared from the app.
• Database backups: kept for 14 days, encrypted tokens included, then deleted automatically. Deleted data can remain in a backup for up to 14 days.
• A record that a deletion request was received and completed (your Facebook user ID, the date and a confirmation code), kept as proof the request was handled.

How to delete your data

You can disconnect at any time from the app, remove the app in your Facebook settings, or email us. The data deletion page gives step-by-step instructions for all three.

Your choices

You can grant or decline each permission when you connect, choose which Pages to connect, and disconnect any Page at any time. Declining the publishing permissions means we cannot publish for you, but nothing else changes.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
